Fancy trying something new to help improve your climbing? Yoga promotes a stronger, healthier, more flexible body and when practiced regularly it can help you to improve your muscle strength, core strength and ability to stay focused on the climbing wall. Yoga helps to increase our stamina and breathing capacity, improving both the balance in our bodies and in our emotions, and is a fantastic addition to any climbing training regime.
